In addition to the correct dimensioning of the system, we adapt the cleaning steps and cleaning processes under full vacuum to the respective use case, depending on the type of workpiece to be cleaned and its contamination. These include immersion cleaning, pressure flooding, cleaning with filtration, oscillating cleaning, steam degreasing, ultrasonic or vacuum drying.
Products such as hydrocarbons or modified alcohols, for example DOWCLENE 1601 or Zestron VD, can be used as cleaning media.
